Kingmanind reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criterias are met before mailing any items back to us.
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also call our Customer Support online, then one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.
1.Contact Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days of the receipt of your items. We only accept products in their original condition.
Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via Help Center and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.
2. For the Mis-shipped products: For the mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees, once confirmed. If you choose it, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
The other Problem:
All items in the Hair Wig Category are designated as OSRM (Other Special Regulated Materials) , so once sold, cannot be returned or exchanged except in particular circumstances as shown below.
If the wigs sent to you have quality issues, we will issue a refund and bear return shipping fees. (Quality issues include damage and poor quality of products).
Products must be returned within 7 days of having received the item and returned product must be in brand new condition, unused and with original packaging as well. Please also explain why you want to return the products.
Please note: Due to the specialty of the item, all sales are final on ALL custom lace wigs. If it indeed have the quality problem,the custom wigs are subject to a 50% processing fee.
Please take your measurements and other options very carefully. We will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. We are not responsible if you did not measure properly and your wig does not fit. We are also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings.We do not accept delivery of returned products. They will be returned unopened a sender's expense.
1. Wrong Color: We will exchange your product if the purchased product does not match the color you ordered (This is not apply if the color differences due to your computer monitor display ).
2.Wrong Style: We will exchange your product if the product received does not match the item ordered.
Exchanges may be made only if your product is eligible. (Please see list below) We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item we receive for exchange has been worn, the tags removed, or the item deemed unacceptable for exchange. We reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. All packaging for product must be in tact and not damaged in any way.
Requesting an Exchange
1. Your original order number (This is very important).
2. The reason for your exchange and the replacement style name, number, and color of your replacement piece.
3. Your shipping address and phone number.
Cancelling an Order
1. You will not be charged any fees if you cancel you order within 48 hours (Except FOR CUSTOM WIGS).
2. We will charge 50% of your total order fees if you cancel your order after 48 hours but within 7 days.
3. Only freight fees will be returned if you cancel your order after 7 days but before the item is shipped.
